I have had to come in here frequently to try to fix things around my house, a store clerk named Nadia was so helpful when I had to return some items and I got the wrong things a few times in a row but she was so patient and really has great customer service! It made the whole process easier while I'm trying to learn to repair my house! Will definitely continue to shop here, good customer service makes such a difference.

This store consistently shows unprofessionalism-Lets start with phone etiquette. If you're lucky to even have your call to customer service answered, you'll be even more impressed to have your call then transferred to the appropriate department. At that point, I'm not certain that it's proper to answer the phone with a dull "hello". We'll then touch on ordering product-Take extra care to ensure that you actually received all parts of your order because apparently, filling orders is just too demanding of a task. If you decide to go in store, make sure you do your due diligence and research your products-don't expect employees to know anything about what you're looking for. With this widespread incompetence, it's clear that management is missing it's mark.

I will start by saying I do not shop at Lowe's on a regular basis. I have been in search of an upright electric smoker. Found what I was looking for online at Lowe's website. Had the item in stock with free assembly. I ordered the item and was told it would be ready for pick up by the end of the day. It wasn't. My tracker said it was delayed. I just figured they were shorthanded like every other business. I call the next morning and said I will pick it up and assemble it myself. The young lady on the phone said I could come anytime to pick it up. I stopped in after work around 5. I spokecwith 3 different associates. They all said they saw my order. There was one in stock but no one could locate it. Everyone kinda scattered and I couldn't track down anyone to let me know about my item . I waited an hour to finally get an answer that the item was not there. This experience confirmed why I do not shop here. I will not return.

My experience at Lowe’s was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible—employees were unhelpful, seemed uninterested, and acted like answering simple questions was an inconvenience. The store was disorganized, making it difficult to find what I needed, and several items were either out of stock or mislabeled. To make things worse, checkout took far too long because there weren’t enough registers open. Overall, it felt like no one cared about the customer experience. I expected much better from a major retailer and will seriously reconsider shopping here again.
